This is new, and still being improved. Bits of it will look odd or behave in ways you
don't expect — that's expected right now, and none of it is your fault. If something looks
wrong, say so and it gets fixed. Nothing you do here can break anything permanently.
Book a lesson
Creates the lesson in the system and alerts the team. Take payment at the desk, then book the court in PlayByPoint — it shows on To do in PlayByPoint.
⏳ Hold a court
Reserve a court in advance — with a coach or without ("courts blocked for lessons"). Fill in the client (and coach) when the lesson lands, or release it.
Leave this blank and you get an empty court the coach can fill. Put a name in and it books them straight in — every date if you set a repeat, which is how a standing weekly lesson gets created.
Shows on To do in PlayByPoint (book it in PlayByPoint as usual) and on Today with Fill / Release buttons. The desk gets one reminder ping if it's still unfilled the day before.
